Abq Historic Homes

Built in the 1920's by an architect from California wanting to bring a touch of Californian style architecture to New Mexico. Located in Spruce Park, a declared historical neighborhood between UNM and Downtown. Las Lomas is a magical, mature, tree lined boulevard which hints of other places and other eras. This neighborhood is known for its rolling hills and draws medical professionals and university professors because of its proximity to the University of New Mexico and local area hospitals.
